Community Guidelines
Post
- Your own photos of cars, motorbikes, builds, meets, shows, track days, garages and road trips.
- Photos you have permission to share, credited in the caption.
- Honest captions and specs.
Don't post
Dangerous or illegal driving
No street racing, stunts, burnouts or wheelies on public roads, speedometer shots taken while moving, filming while driving or riding, or anything that encourages others to do it. Track days, closed-course events and private land with permission are fine. Say where it was if it isn't obvious.
Other people's identities
Blur number plates and faces of people who haven't agreed to be shown. Use the Blur tool when you post. Never post home addresses, or photos taken to track down where someone lives or parks.
Stolen goods and scams
No stolen vehicles or parts, fake listings, or links to scams.
Other people's photos
Don't repost someone else's work as your own. Use Republish to add it to your Collection with credit instead.
Hate, harassment and threats
No attacks on people for who they are, bullying, threats, or pile-ons.
Sexual content and nudity
Not allowed anywhere on revs.wtf.
Anything illegal
Including anything that sexualises or endangers children, which we report to the authorities.
Spam and impersonation
No ads, follow-for-follow schemes, bots, or pretending to be someone else or a brand.
What happens when something breaks the rules
- Anyone can report a photo or account from its menu. Reports are confidential.
- A moderator reviews it against these guidelines and the law.
- Depending on how serious it is, we may remove the photo, send a warning, suspend the account (usually for 7 days) or ban it.
- You are told what we did and why, and you can appeal. A different person reviews appeals where possible.
Accounts that repeatedly infringe copyright are closed. Copyright owners can also use the formal copyright notice process.
