Reporting infringement
Use the form below or email Revswtf@gmail.com. A valid notice (under the US DMCA, 17 U.S.C. § 512(c)(3), and Article 16 of the EU Digital Services Act) includes:
- your name and contact details;
- a description of the work you own;
- the exact revs.wtf links to the photos you want removed;
- a statement that you believe in good faith the use isn't authorised;
- a statement, under penalty of perjury, that the notice is accurate and you're the owner or authorised to act for them;
- your signature (typing your full name is fine).
We review notices promptly, remove infringing photos, and tell the person who posted them, including a copy of the notice with your email address removed.
Counter-notices
If your photo was removed and you believe that was a mistake, send a counter-notice using the same form. Unless the person who complained tells us within 10 to 14 working days that they've started legal action, we may restore the photo. You can also appeal from the photo page.
Repeat infringers
Accounts that repeatedly post other people's work without permission are closed.
Misuse
Knowingly sending a false notice or counter-notice can make you liable for damages (17 U.S.C. § 512(f)).
